Desi John Frusciante [chitaristul si nu basistul] a fost inlocuit de Josh Klinghoffer care cica a adus foarte mult cu el, fiind un bun compozitor, insa nimic nu se va compara cu Frusciante care a adus la viata hitul number one a lor “Under the bridge” sau “I could have lied” care a dat o noua directie formatiei

Acest cântec are o poveste foarte interesanta deoarece te-ai astepta sa fie despre zapada, dar de fapt este despre cocaină şi heroină “White China”, 2 droguri pe care solistul Anthony Kiedis le consuma. Ambele sunt compuse dintr-o substanţă sub forma unei pulbere albe, care arata ca zapada , “So white as snow… Privately divided by a world so undecided “ se referă la împărţirea celor 2 droguri cocaina / heroina în linii, pentru a fi consumate. Versul ” The more I see, the less I know, the more I’d like to let it go ” înseamnă ca Kiedis cu cat lua mai multe droguri , cu atat stia mai puţin ce se întâmplă, şi si mai mult vroia sa se lase de ele…

As putea sa spun multe despre acest album.. In 2006 l-am asteptat o saptamana intreaga tot cu ochiul pe torrente nu aveam cum sa iau altfel mai repede albumul. Si o perioada destul de lunga a fost pus in winamp tot pe repeat. Au trecut pfaaaa… 4 ani conform traditiei trebuie in curand sa scoata un nou album, la anul sa va asteptati. Va mai recomand Hard to concentrate !, Make you feel better , If, Animal bar, Charlie .. tot albumul. Sa il scoata odata din studiou!
